Al and Randy are involved with Forward Janesville and the Greater Janesville Chamber of Commerce, and they draw on those community ties when projects touch jobs, permits, and local stakeholders.

Al brings a career in municipal leadership and economic development to the partnership. As a former City Administrator and former Economic Development Director, he has guided municipalities, developers, and property owners through entitlements, conditional use permits, land divisions, and Tax Increment Financing structures.

Through his extensive economic development consulting work across Wisconsin, he assists communities and private-sector clients with development strategy, incentive programs, municipal approvals, and project implementation. His unique background allows LHG to provide clients with valuable insight into the intersection of real estate, economic development, and local government decision-making.

Randy Langer is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) with extensive experience in civil engineering design, project management, and site development on projects ranging from $1 million to more than $100 million. His engineering background, combined with over a decade of personal real estate investment experience, provides him with a unique ability to evaluate opportunities from both technical and business perspective. He brings practical expertise in project feasibility, regulatory processes, risk assessment, and investment analysis to every engagement.

Working with property owners, developers, investors, businesses, and municipalities, Randy helps guide projects from initial concept through approvals, transactions, and implementation. As a Principal of Langer Hulick Group, he leverages his engineering expertise, investment experience, and development knowledge to help clients identify opportunities, manage risk, and create long-term value.
